Commencing with the planning stage, the firm participates on multi-disciplinary teams to evaluate the existing conditions and the proposed development to determine potential impacts and mitigation requirements.

Care is taken to attain a balance between protecting the valuable elements of the landscape, accommodating the proposed development and controlling construction costs.
